Students will work with the VEX Robotics system to build robots from metal. They will learn advanced engineering concepts, autonomous programming for competition, and develop techniques and strategies for manual, human-controlled operation.

Basic Information:

Who should apply?

VEX® RoboCamp is perfect for students who are aged 12 and older (usually grades 7 and up), though we will also accept students aged 9 and up. Students do not need prior experience, but they should have basic scientific knowledge as this camp will seek to take the classroom topics and standards and apply them in a fun, engaging and hands-on way. If any openings are available after the first RoboCamp, students who complete the LEGO® RoboCamp will be given priority in admission to VEX® RoboCamp (if permission by RoboCamp administrator).
